Phentermine

Phentermine should be used as per the instructions of a doctor. Only a doctor can determine whether Phentermine is suitable for a specific individual, as well as the dose that this individual should take. There are possible Phentermine side effects that we have outlined below; if any appear or are persistent, the patient should be visit a doctor immediately.

Again we state, side effects of Phentermine (or most other drugs for that matter) cannot always be anticipated. Thus, if any of these side effects develop or change in intensity, the patient should look to inform a doctor ASAP. Remember, only a doctor can determine if it is safe for you to continue taking Phentermine if side effects develop.

Some possible Phentermine side effects
Unpleasant taste in the mouth, headache, high blood pressure, hives, impotence, change in sex drive, diarrhea, dizziness, constipation, dry mouth, exaggerated feelings of depression or elation, inability to fall or stay asleep, increased heart rate, over stimulation, restlessness, stomach or intestinal problems, tremors, throbbing heartbeat.

It is also possible for side effects other than the ones listed above to occur. A doctor should always be consulted about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

Phentermine can be 'habit forming', thus you can possibly become physically and psychologically dependent on it, and withdrawal effects may occur if you stop taking it suddenly after several weeks of continuous use. A doctor must always be consulted about the correct way to stop taking this medication, on a gradual basis.

Finally, it is also possible to overdose on Phentermine. Symptoms of a Phentermine overdose include rapid breathing, confused behavior, restlessness, tremor, vomiting, diarrhea, an irregular heartbeat, hallucinations, panic, aggressiveness, nausea, and seizures. Consult a doctor immediately if there is suspicion of an overdose.
