Cider Vinegar Diet
Review
Cider vinegar is often stated to be good for diet and weight loss,
due to its supposed fat-burning qualities and its supposed ability
to speed up metabolism by stimulating the thyroid gland.
There are different versions of the Cider Vinegar Diet. Some
advocate taking cider vinegar neat, others advocate cider vinegar
pills. Both versions typically include a low-calorie meal plan.
Cider Vinegar Diet - A Fad Diet
Whether you add cider vinegar to your food, or take cider vinegar
pills, it makes no difference - cider vinegar has NO weight loss
benefits. You might just as well stick a banana in your ear. The
Cider Vinegar Diet is a fad diet and anyone who loses weight on it
does so ONLY because they are eating a low-calorie plan. It has
nothing to do with the weight loss potency of cider vinegar.
