Once you put the book together, you have a customized diet and
exercise plan. The diet is no sugar, no salt, no white flour, no
caffeine, moderate protein and healthy carbs. You must eat 6
mini-meals each day.
However, when all's said and done, Six Week Body Makeover, is
simply a very low calorie diet plan with light weight-lifting as
the exercise. The exercise plan requires you to have some special
equipment and although the plan states it only takes 18 minutes a
day - several dieters who had tried Six Week Body Makeover said it
takes longer.
