Skinny Pill
Diet Review
The Skinny Pill weight loss plan was created by Edita Kaye. It
features three diet pills plus food-combining dietary advice.
According to the Skinny Pill plan, you should eat your carbs/fiber
in the morning to clean out your body and then take your morning
Skinny Pill. For lunch and dinner, you should focus on Protein and
then take your night time Skinny Pill to help you burn fat and get
a good nights sleep.
For those times that you can't avoid carbs, she offers yet another
pill to protect you from gaining fat when you just have to
indulge.
These three sets of pills are simply herbs that have shown "some"
promise of helping with weight loss, and although the Skinny Pill
plan permits you to eat from the pyramid, this is included as a
form of food combining, dependent on the time of day.
A rather gimmicky plan, the Skinny Pill plan is based on pills and
a food-combining theory that have no scientific support. The
Skinny Pill plan costs about $90 a month.
WebMD states:
"There are numerous weight loss aids on the market, such as
nonprescription weight loss pills, liquids, and supplements. These
aids usually promote water loss from the body and may lead to
dehydration or loss of essential minerals."
